  • No. Sharing is always optional. You can participate quietly, reflect privately, or share only what feels safe.

  • This is a trauma-informed support group with psychoeducation and guided reflection. It is not a replacement for individual therapy, but it can be a powerful part of healing and support.

  • This group is for adults who have experienced emotional, physical, sexual, financial, or controlling abuse in a relationship and want a supportive space to understand what happened and rebuild.

  • Over 10 weeks, we explore:

    • personal rights

    • power and control

    • trauma and the nervous system

    • why leaving is hard

    • boundaries

    • heavy emotions (fear, anger, guilt, grief)

    • finding your voice

    • healthy relationships

    • closure and moving forward

  • You are still welcome. Many survivors are co-parenting, navigating ongoing contact, or rebuilding after separation. The group focuses on safety, support, and choice.

  • You are not alone. Many people minimize what happened. This group helps clarify patterns of control and harm—without judgment or pressure.

  • Some topics may bring up emotions. We use grounding tools and a supportive structure to reduce overwhelm. You can always step away, take breaks, or pass.

  • Yes. Confidentiality is a core group agreement. Participants are asked not to share personal details or group information outside the group.

  • The group meets once a week for 10 weeks. Each session is 90 minutes.

  • This curriculum is not faith-based. Participants of all backgrounds are welcome, and the group respects diverse beliefs.

  • If you’re looking for clarity, support, and a safe place to rebuild—without pressure to share everything—this group may be a good fit. You do not need to be “fully healed” to begin.
