Hi, I’m Nicole!
Maybe you keep finding yourself in the same relationship patterns. Or you and your partner keep having the same conversations without real change.
I help high-functioning women and couples understand what’s happening beneath the surface—so things can finally shift.
About Me
I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist based in Houston, TX.
With years of clinical experience, over 30 years of marriage, and time spent living abroad, I bring both professional training and real-life perspective into the room.
In addition to my clinical work, I regularly speak to women in my community and church about mental health, faith, relationships, and emotional well-being.
A More Personal Note
When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me walking for clarity, traveling, enjoying Houston’s food scene, or laughing at something light and unexpected.
Working Together
Sessions are available for individuals and couples in Houston and virtually across Texas.
If you’re ready to begin:
Schedule a consultation
We’ll talk briefly about what’s bringing you in
From there, we’ll decide if it feels like a good fit
Your story is not too dark or too messy—it’s your story.
And I would be honored to walk alongside you as you process and heal.
What I Offer
I use a trauma-informed, neuroscience-researched, no-judgment approach that blends family-of-origin work, IFS-inspired parts work, somatic EMDR, and gentle, honest conversation.
Training:
Somatic EMDR
Perinatal Mental Health Care
Who I Work With
Women who feel stuck in patterns tied to anxiety, attachment, or relational trauma
Couples who want more clarity, connection, and change
People who are self-aware and capable—but still feel something isn’t working
Women and couples in the perinatal season (postpartum depression/anxiety, parenting stress, birth trauma, grief, miscarriage, and attachment concerns)
What It’s Like to Work Together
Insight-oriented therapy in Houston, TX
I go deeper than surface-level fixes.
In our work together, I’ll help you:
Slow things down
Identify patterns that keep showing up
Understand how your past is shaping your present
Begin responding in ways that feel more grounded and intentional
Therapy with me is collaborative—we’ll walk this process side by side.
In the first few sessions, we’ll focus on building trust, understanding your story, and connecting the dots between what you’ve lived through and what you’re experiencing now. You can expect warmth, honesty, and often a good amount of laughter.
At times, we may use the sand tray when words fall short. And when you feel ready, we’ll move into deeper work—with steady support along the way.
