Curriculum

This curriculum is designed to help survivors:

  • Reclaim personal rights and dignity

  • understand abuse as power and control

  • learn how trauma affects the brain and body

  • Reduce shame about why leaving is hard

  • explore how abuse impacts children and family systems

  • build boundaries that protect peace and safety

  • untangle fear, anger, guilt, and grief

  • Practice reclaiming voice and assertiveness

  • recognize healthy relationship green flags

  • close with reflection, integration, and forward planning

What We Cover Over 10 Weeks
