Reclaim personal rights and dignity
understand abuse as power and control
learn how trauma affects the brain and body
Reduce shame about why leaving is hard
explore how abuse impacts children and family systems
build boundaries that protect peace and safety
untangle fear, anger, guilt, and grief
Practice reclaiming voice and assertiveness
recognize healthy relationship green flags
close with reflection, integration, and forward planning
